Tenants Handbook

  • Meeting room bookings: Each member can only book the meeting room for a maximum of 2 hours per day to ensure fair access for all.
  • Cleanliness and hygiene: Members are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces. Any food left in the fridge for more than 2 days will be discarded to prevent odors and hygiene issues.
  • Lights management: On weekends, members should turn on the lights when entering the space and turn them off when leaving to conserve energy.
  • Weekend food policy: Members should not leave any perishable food items in the coworking space over the weekend to avoid spoilage and potential hygiene concerns.
  • Reporting maintenance issues: If any member notices something not working, such as broken equipment or facilities, they should promptly inform the space manager to ensure timely repairs or replacements.
  • Respect personal space: Members should respect the personal space of others and avoid touching or moving their belongings without permission.
  • No disruptive behavior: Members should refrain from engaging in loud or disruptive activities that may disturb others. Maintain a considerate noise level and use headphones for audio.
  • No unauthorized access: Members should not access or tamper with others' equipment, data, or personal belongings without permission.
  • Compliance with security measures: Members should comply with security measures put in place, such as badge access systems or visitor registration protocols, to maintain a secure environment.
  • Respect designated areas: Differentiate between shared spaces, private offices, and designated quiet zones. Respect the intended use and atmosphere of each area and adhere to any guidelines or restrictions set for those spaces.
  • Use of common resources: Use shared resources, such as printers, scanners, and projectors, responsibly and considerately. Avoid excessive or wasteful consumption of resources and report any malfunctions or issues promptly.
  • No solicitation or spamming: Refrain from engaging in unsolicited marketing, sales, or promotional activities within the coworking space. Respect the privacy and focus of other members.
  • Event and workshop policies: If hosting an event or workshop in the coworking space, follow any guidelines or procedures outlined by the management. Respect the space and ensure that the event does not disrupt other members' work.
  • Respect shared amenities: Use shared amenities, such as kitchens, lounges, or coffee machines, responsibly. Clean up after yourself, dispose of waste properly, and be mindful of others waiting to use those facilities.
  • Emergency procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures, including evacuation routes, fire extinguisher locations, and first aid kits. Report any safety concerns to the space manager immediately.
